No deposit or booking fees are applicable, though late cancellations may incur a $200 fee.

Prices are “as is” as the business is de-registered for G.S.T. (we dont earn enough in a year...hint we will probably be your cheapest quote!)

 

Some negotiation will be considered, though our quotes / rates are very reasonable, and we guarantee more music for your money!

 

It is preferred that the situation with monies is:

"pay-on-the-day"

(night for night gigs) cash or cheque. Cheques being made out to:

Paul Foster  -  not the business name

Due to bank account set up.

 

Invoices are issued with dates / amounts/ ABN and description to person(s) / business(s) nominated.

 

 

Equipment

The duo is self sufficient,

• supplying  professional sound reinforcement system/s and lighting effects; including rigging, mirror ball, lighting cans and smoke machine/s.
• A CD player / i-River (or your i-Pod) is incorporated to provide background music during breaks.

 

Set up/ Pack down

Set up times may be pre arranged so as not to clash with caterers, decorations etc, or prior to guests / clients arriving.

 

Note an hour  to two hours is usually required for a load in and set up, more if large distances from car park to stage area (ensure mains power is accessible to this area).

 

Also allow an hour for pack down which is unconditionally  to be done at the gigs completion.

 

Performance times

Early starts for dinner music / pre dinner drinks are negotiable.

Please take in to consideration when planning start and finish times 

·        set times  approx. 45-55 min

·        break times approx.15-20 min

·        Number of sets, as many as it takes!                                    

 

 

NB: A normal Pub Gig is 3-4 hours. We realise weddings have speeches / toasts etc. to get through so 3-4 hours is:

"playing time with refreshment breaks";

 to lubricate and rest the vocal instruments!

 

 

Weddings have an extra option of:

 

1-2 songs during the ceremony (signing of the register).

·        Personal choice if able to be arranged acoustically and pre arranged / chosen at least one month prior to the wedding.

·         Plus the wedding waltz

Or

·        Song can be pre-recorded on  compact disc or listed on your

   i-Pod and played through our sound system.
